Publication of the Sharri Cheese as GI

 

Under the support of the French Embassy in Kosovo, French Ministry of Agriculture, the National Institute of Designations of Origin (INAO), the Agricultural Public Expertise Network (ADECIA), Kosovo Institute of Intellectual Property (KsIIP) as well as French experts in the field of agro-environment a new publication on the Sharri Cheese has been prepared and published.
